Non-inflammatory diseases include chronic musculoskeletal pain syndromes, juvenile hypermobility and growing pains.
2When should my child see a paediatric rheumatologist?
Your child will need to visit a paediatric rheumatologist if they are experiencing stiffness, pain and inflammation in their joints that lasts longer than six weeks and has no identifiable cause.
